By regularly having an employee talk about his or her journey on the technical ladder, they want to challenge everyone to look up and start personal growth. How do you properly capture this on video and how do you turn this into a recruitment campaign?
Centagon organized a video shoot on location at Nexperia, where the employee tells his story in an informal, recognizable setting, hoping to motivate young technicians.
The campaign will also be promoted externally to communicate that within Nexperia, there is a lot of attention and room for personal, and in this case technical, growth. In this way, the campaign also contributes significantly to the recruitment of new talent.
