As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Centagon, you are the driving force behind the strategic marketing approach of clients. Your work rarely starts with a ready-made briefing. You work from a long-term vision and independently determine how time is used most effectively. Sometimes this means managing colleagues, sometimes it is more efficient to take on certain executive tasks yourself. You translate briefings and challenges into crystal-clear objectives and effective strategies.

You do this by:

• Analyzing target groups and market opportunities and providing strategic advice to international B2B clients;
• Developing marketing plans that perfectly match the sales objectives of clients;
• Working closely with content developers (copy and design) and data analysts to shape and continuously optimize campaigns;
• Analyzing data and results and adjusting campaigns based on this for a perfect result;
• Convincing clients of the strategic choices that you advise.

Requirements

With your analytical insight, market knowledge and intensive collaboration with clients, you know how to present marketing strategies and roll them out successfully. You ensure that campaigns are a smart investment with maximum return and advise on this. What we expect from you:

• You have a professional HBO education and at least 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably on the agency side);
• You have a great passion for online marketing and are result-oriented;
• You can translate abstract objectives into practical briefings;
• You have strong strategic and analytical thinking skills;
• You are a real team player and get satisfaction from joint successes;
• You are a professional idiot: not because you have to, but because you are intrinsically interested in the result;
• You have excellent knowledge of at least English and preferably also Dutch (written and oral).
