This research contains all relevant information to realise the client’s communicative objectives: market analysis and competition evaluation, target audience insights, advice on digital channels and opportunities, and campaign objectives relating to budgets and ROI. This framework then forms the basis of the subsequent production phase (creative concept, content and software development and campaign management).
